Born and raised in Beaufort County, Bill’s deeply rooted in his community and the Lowcountry. He earned his B.A. from Wofford College, where he played varsity soccer for four years with the Terriers. Later, he achieved his post Graduate degree from Hill School in Pottstown, PA. Bill received a license in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance, and as a South Carolina Broker. In his spare time, he serves as an Insurance Advisor on the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association Board. His favorite hobbies are spending time with his family, playing golf, and fishing.
